Hi my names Vicky - I design customised fitness training programmes to help people who struggle with their mental health & wellbeing, loose unwanted body weight, build strength & flexibility, improve physical performance, help with body confidence & self love.
I decided to become a Personal Trainer after I had years of suffering with anxiety, depression, PTSD and experiencing 8 years of domestic violence.
I’m here to share the benefits of fitness that have helped me become the person I am today and help others with their own personal journeys.
I understand life can be hectic & it’s tough to find time to look after yourself, but I am here to guide and support you 100% through the process.
There is nothing more important to me than helping somebody feel happy, feel confident & feel good from the inside out.
