Our boxing class caters to everyone, with our instructor being a former competitive boxer - you're in good hands! Box them calories away in this fun class that will put you through your paces! 

Body Sculpt
Wednesdays / 7PM

Learn how to lift weights with the correct form and guidance from our expert coaches!

Expect to have a full body workout using barbells and dumbells, whilst we throw in multiple training methods to ensure we blast them muscles without having to go too heavy with weights!

Booty Camp
Thursdayss / 7PM

One of our most popular classes. Booty Camp is designed to shape and tone that booty and uses bodyweight exercises, barbells and dumbellscto achieve this!
